Joe Palmer retired after 32 plus years of insurance management experience in the group field, the last 10 years supervising the implementation of Section 125 Programs. His experience is in both Premium Only (POP), and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for employers with thousands of employees down to small companies with as little as 5 employees. Mr. Palmer is well versed in worksite marketing and communications of employee benefits. Robert Palmer has a degree in Industrial Engineering with a minor in Computer Science. He has over 20 years in insurance management dealing with worksite marketing, group insurance, and implementing Section 125, 105, and COBRA programs. Robert is a past president of The Oklahoma State Association of Health Underwriters and Oklahoma City Health Underwriters Association. He is well oriented on tax favored Employee Benefit plans and what is necessary to keep a client and WBP in compliance by subscribing to such organizations as the IOMA (Institute of Management & Administration) plus attending seminars and conventions such as the ECFC (Employee's Council on Flexible Compensation) and the EBIA (Employee Benefit Institute of America) Advanced Benefit seminars. Robert's responsibilities at WBP are overseeing all internal computer operations, providing consultations with clients and keeping all clients and WBP in compliance.

Joe Palmer, Jr., VP Sales
Joe Palmer, Jr.("Joe Jr.") has over 25 years in insurance sales, mostly in the payroll marketing area. Joe, Jr. heads up the sales and marketing department and is an expert in employee benefits communications at the worksite. Mr. Palmer's responsibilities are responding to group proposal request, evaluating products, overall sales and marketing.
